Did your doctor order lab tests, but you’re pressed for time or prefer to stay in? Simply send us your lab order requisition, a photo ID, and your insurance card, and we'll come to you. Ensure you verify which lab (e.g., Quest or LabCorp) is in your insurance network to guarantee your specimen is processed correctly. Your insurance will only be billed for the lab specimen processing; we will collect our service and handling fee when scheduling.
